Brewing Instructions:

• Use 1–2 tsp of loose leaf per 8 oz of hot water. 
• Heat water to 195°F (90°C). Steep for 3-5 minutes, longer for a more robust floral aroma.
• Strain and sip mindfully, focusing on your breath and presence.
• Optional: add a touch of honey for sweetness.
